Check out the new Harry Potter Posters!

Harry Potter Promotional Posters hit the net...

..and they are SUPER COOL! Have you seen them? Click here to see all four posters, each featuring a lead character! We know we keep saying this, but we're so excited for the movie that we can barely resist the desire to whip out our Harry Potter wand at a moment's notice! We know better than to wear our Dementor costumeout and about - don't want to scare anyone! Which is why we've just been wearing our Hogwarts uniforms around the house. It doesn't hurt anyone if we wear our Harry Potter glasses while we cook dinner, now does it?

Spiderman 4 to go 3D!

Could Spider-Man become the first major live-action superhero movie to hit theaters in – gasp! – 3D? According to a new interview with Sony chiefs Amy Pascal and Michael Lynton, that’s exactly what could happen, assuming it’s a right fit for the franchise. When asked whether Spidey 4 could hit theaters in 3D, Pascal replied simply with "could be". Lynton followed that up with, "People are paying a premium to see movies in 3-D and that's a very big deal. It's never been done before that someone says you have to pay more to see Spider-Man than a romantic comedy."

One thing they both agree on is that 3D is definitely the future for animation, and in the meantime, the world awaits James Cameron’sAvatar to see if that film becomes the 3D game-changer everyone expects it to be.

We're not crazy about this whole 3D explosion because we don’t want it to catch on like a virus and get to a point where every big movie HAS to be in 3D. Eventually it’ll become boring; a sorta been there, done that gimmick that’s run its course because Hollywood overdosed on it too quickly. But that’s just our pinion – what do you think? Should Spider-Man 4 – and all our upcoming superhero movies, for that matter – go the 3D route?

In the meantime, while you're thinking about your answer, you'd better decide which costume you're going to be wearing! We're going to don this one. It's our absolute favorite!

Hannah Montana still kicking butt at the box office!

Miley and Hannah team up for a $34M opening weekend

Miley Cyrus and alter-ego Hannah Montana have double-teamed their way to another No. 1 box office debut.

Walt Disney's "Hannah Montana: The Movie" opened with $34 million in ticket sales, according to studio estimates Sunday. That followed Cyrus' first-place premiere last year with her 3-D concert film.

The movie is a big-screen installment of the Disney Channel series about an ordinary teen living a double life as pop star Hannah.

"Hannah Montana" drew $17.3 million on Friday for the biggest opening day ever for a G-rated live-action movie.

While girls 12 and younger and their moms made up most of the audience, "Hannah Montana" also attracted a solid crowd of teenage girls, fans reaching the age when they might be outgrowing the show, said Mark Zoradi, president of Disney's motion-picture group.

"Miley's audience stayed with her," Zoradi said. "Those that enjoyed the show on TV and maybe have become young teens themselves came back for the movie."

We were there opening night in our Hannah Montana t-shirts. The movie was amazing. We'd HIGHLY recommend seeing it! Even our non-believer friends who came along enjoyed themselves. The film made us hungry for Halloween, or even a Hannah Montana themed party! Any opportunity to whip out our favorite Hannah Montana costumes. What do you think? Would you come to a HM themed party?

Check out Iron Man 2!

Iron Man 2 Begins!

Robert Downey Jr. is officially back in the superhero business.

Production started Wednesday on "Iron Man 2," the sequel to his 2008 blockbuster about the Marvel Comics character.

Downey reprises his role as a billionaire genius who fights bad guys in a high-tech metal suit that's loaded with gadgets. "Iron Man 2" reunites Downey with co-star Gwyneth Paltrow and also features Don Cheadle, who replaces Terrence Howard as the superhero's military ally.

Mickey Rourke is signed on to play a villain, and the cast also includes Scarlett Johansson and Samuel L. Jackson, who had a cameo at the end of the first "Iron Man."

Jon Favreau is back directing again for the sequel that hits theaters May 7, 2010.

All this talk about Iron Man 2 gets us in the mood to whip out our Iron Man costumes! We know we've got quite a while until the sequel hits theaters, but might as well get excited, right? We can't help it!

Got your costume for the Hannah Montana Movie?

Hannah Montana: The Movie comes out this weekend!

OMG, you guys! Hannah Montana: The Movie comes out this weekend, on April 10th to be exact. We are SO excited. We know we sound like teeny boppers when we say this, but we honestly cannot wait to see this film. We've watched the preview every day for the past month or so, and we always cry at the part where Miley rips off her wig on stage.

Which life will she choose? Hannah Montana? Miley Stewart? Can she be both girls forever? We're DYING to know! We're wearing our favorite HM costume to the theater on opening night. Will you be wearing yours? We figure there are a bunch of die-hard Hannah fans out there, and we bet they'll be sporting some serious Hannah gear. Or perhaps they'll go as Lola Luftnagle? Mike Stanley? Jackson Stewart, even?

How do you plan to celebrate the release? In case you're not prepared, check out our Hannah Montana costumes here!

Toy Story vs. Beauty and the Beast

Disney to re-release Toy Story 1 & 2 and premiere Toy Story 3!

During the Disney presentation at last week's ShoWest event in Las Vegas, it was announced that the studio would release bothToy Story and Toy Story 2 in 3D simultaneously, as part of one big double feature on October 3. Originally the two films were scheduled to return to theaters a few months apart, but now they’re together – and Disney will use this opportunity to also launch the first trailer for Toy Story 3, which will be the first new Pixar film to arrive in 3D.

Also on tap for Disney is a re-release of Beauty and the Beast in 3D. At ShoWest, they screened the opening scene and along with it came the following reactions from Collider: "They showed us the opening song 'Belle' in 3-D and I have to say it looked great. While it's not as good as a movie made in 3D, for new audiences that haven't seen this amazing movie, they'll love it."

We couldn't be happier about this news! I mean, who doesn't love Toy Story? And Beauty and the Beast is a classic! The news just makes us want to whip out our yellow dress, Belle style. Check out our full range of Disney Princess costumes here. We'll meet you at the theater!

Marvel Heroes!

Can you believe it? Marvel, the be all end all of comic books is looking for writers? That's right, they've begun a new program in which they'll sign five new writers per year. Do you have the chops to write the next big Marvel movie? While they’re not exactly combing the streets with Spider-Man’s web for new talent, Marvel has indeed started a new program with the intent on signing five new writers each year and assigning them different comic adaptations to work on. Among the characters Marvel would eventually like to see up on the big screen are Black Panther, Doctor Strange, Iron Fist, Nighthawk, Cable and Vision. Walt Disney also has a similar program, though I don’t think their writers will need a

major crash course on masked vigilantes and little-known superheroes. Marvel has upwards of 5,000 characters in their collection, so look for this program to keep churning out new product for a long time to come.

Which under-the-radar Marvel character would you like to see up on the big screen?

While you're dreaming up your winning hit film, check out our Spiderman costumes (one of our favorite Marvel heros).
